Resell Place offers digital products only. No physical items are shipped. This policy explains how delivery works and what you can expect after completing a purchase.
Digital Delivery
All products on Resell Place are delivered electronically.
Once your payment is successfully completed, your product will be delivered instantly.
You will receive access through:
- A download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
- A confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout
There are no shipping costs, no waiting times, and no physical shipments.
Delivery Time
In most cases, digital products are delivered immediately after checkout.
However, in rare situations, delivery may take up to 30 minutes due to payment processing or temporary system delays.
If you haven’t received your product within 30 minutes, please contact us.
Email Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.
Resell Place is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or misspelled email addresses
- Emails being filtered into spam or junk folders
